I have black hair
For me I found out that heat tools were more damaging than bleaching (even though I used heat protectant). I stopped straightening my hair and did not stop bleaching but my hair is so much healthier!!! My hair used to be so brittle and I had tons of breakage but now it's soft and bouncy with very little breakage, if any. I haven't added any moisturizing or oil treatments either. I know everyone's hair is different but I just thought I'd share what worked for me. Great video ????♥️

The way french braids were explained to was that the strand of the braid that is by it's self in one hand is the one you add hair too, or the next strand your putting in the middle is the one you add hair too.

Omg I have the same problems with my hair! I'm mixed so I have soft smooth American hair mixed with frizzy African hair. So my hair gets so frizzy and dry and there are literally no products out there for girls with mixed hair! Like if you have the same problem so I don't feel alone :[
