Your gray hair is pretty! I think if you color it you will regret it. In two weeks or less you will have a skunk stripe and have to start all over.
Same thing happened to me. It took me 19 months to grow this gray and salt and pepper out and I cut it in a short bob. Someone I hadn’t seen in a while, a coworker, actually gasped out loud and looked at me like I was dying. Another coworker said “you look…um…mature” and then he asked when I was going to dye it. I cried when I got home. I made an appointment to dye it on July 20th. I’m 44 and I just don’t think I can handle the negative feedback. We will see if I follow thru
Hi Charlotte, I am sensitive too, my daughter had a negative comment made to her about her weight gain and it hurt her deeply a year later she told that person how it affected her and they were very sorry they hadn’t realised. Your natural greys are stunning you will be so pleased when it’s all grown out. I haven’t coloured my hair for 17 years ☺️. I enjoy your videos thank you and send you heaps of encouragement from NZ ????. One day I might be brave enough to send a photo of my hair.
Don't color it!!!! Stay strong…the silver color is FABULOUS and brightens your skin and makes your eyes pop. I've been there…I had doubts now and then but kept going..I LOVE my grey hair and I get compliments from young girls constantly.
I am a very recent new subbie, and thought you were stunning and inspirational! I have natural raven black hair with bilateral grey bands that are quite prominent.The comment made to you was inappropriate; I wouldn't allow it to second guess my choice of such a personal matter.It simply angers methat people believe they can comment unsolicited. This person is incentive on every level.
It's true that we listen to the one negative comment over the many positive comments. I wonder why? I too am struggling with possibilities of going gray. I thought I might add some gray highlights. You are gorgeous. Thanks
Don't let some jerk put you off doing what you want to do. You are naturally beautiful and would look great with any colour! The grey is fine. Stick with it and when it's all grown out, make a final decision.

I actually think your new lighter colour lifts your beautiful complexion ❤️ I am going grey but they are so subtle it looks like highlights ???? but without the cost and the damage of colouring ???? your stunning and so much more than just your hair colour !

Men don't receive these kind of bad comments, they are supposed to look interesting with their greys, women are expected to look young and beautiful. It is sad that we let this kind of negative comments hurt us. I am 54 and also have bad days with negative thoughts about aging but I let other wise women inspire me.
People can be so thoughtless. My own auntie gave me a bad time when my greys first began to come in years ago (I'm 66 now). I wasn't offended since most of the women I know in the family insist on coloring their hair, and frankly, they look older to me since the colors they've chosen are darker. One aunt, very pretty, was always fair haired when young but began dying her hair black after my uncle died, and it is just not pretty. She's 76 now. I think it emphasizes her wrinkles. Another one colors her hair dark red; it's hideous. I personally decided years ago that I didn't need the expense of coloring my hair and the nonstop upkeep. I hate looking at the roots. I truly like my greys. My own mother was platinum back in the day, but she always looked so pale. Habits die hard.
Your hair looks so beautiful! You just need to look at the whole picture of you! When you were doing your hair I noticed you have a really fit body and the whole picture is stunning! And we are all getting older, and I think owning it is a beautiful thing! Another part of the picture is your lovely sweet nature. You are rocking this season of your life with joy for the youth of today. While you are celebrating them, celebrate you! A box of brown dye pales in comparison to all that is you!!!
Oh Charlotte it’s a process, even I at 71 have those moments , feeling old but only for a moment.????I can feel how that must have felt when your co-worker offered his thoughts but that’s exactly what it was his thoughts.You are gorgeous with your natural hair colour. you do look pretty Charlotte. but I know what you mean.I'v never been so indecisive about my grays.I go back and forth as you know.with my sparkels I can only wear my hair back.having said that I colored my hair again EXCEPT the bangs.not bad but wondering if I goofed up .will see what happens from here LOL hug connie P.S thank GOD I can do my own coloring !
Your gray hair looks so pretty on you! I think gray hair makes our eyes pop! Have you tried a brighter lip color? A pink shade would look pretty. Don't let one person's comments have that much power over what you do with your life! Unless that person means a lot to you.
Hi . I have the same problem in that we are very sensitive about being criticized. I have another channel and play music and can get many positive comments and then that one negative one makes me feel so bad, and I remove the video. We have to be stronger and believe in our selves more. . you know I have pondered the grey hair change for a while and I have to admit that for me , I came to the decision to keep colouring. I think that if one is young …20 to 40 one can look good in grey hair, but as one gets older it only ages them. There are many reasons for going grey , going back to being more natural, safer health decision , better on the pocketbook, fashion fad , sick of colouring, etc ; every one has to decide for themselves why they will do it. I feel I already have wrinkles and holding onto my hair colour might be the only thing I can do to still look younger . You have very lovely skin and can get away with whatever you decide. all the best to you !

You don’t look old….you have fantastic style, gorgeous skin and eyes, a rocking body and beautiful attitude. Grey hair is no longer aging. Everyday I go out I see young 30 something girls sporting bleached platinum hair. You would fit right in.

If you're questioning whether or not you're ready then maybe you are not. I rolled it around my head for 3 years before I finally did it. You have that choice, your choice no one else's. You know that I believe God put idiots on this planet for a reason. Just to make it interesting. That's how I look at it.

Charlotte, the moment you put that dark color on your hair, you will regret it. I once felt like you, that my brown eyes would look much better with brown hair. I nearly caved in, but then someone told me that the white hair actually emphasizes brown eyes. And so it is with you and your exquisitely beautiful dark eyes! And you are not only beautiful on the outside, but you are a lovely, lovely person on the inside. Stay strong! You are an inspiration!!
