    For heatless curls i have started this it works for me love to know who else it works for. Wash your hair brush it then i put mouse in doesn't matter where you have your part in in fact if you have your part in on side like me you have great volume. I part it roughly in middle then clear bands make 2 ponytails high then just plat one then other clear bands end of each one leave overnight. Between washes plat than spray with water do same .let me know xxxxxxx ????

I know this sounds silly, but I had forgotten how much better and more put together the simple task of doing your hair makes you feel lol, I get stuck doing the same low messy buns all the time.
