My guilty pleasure is panecakes on saturdays. Me or my girlfriend make them usualy to celebrate the weekend a litte. I just can't resist those with a little maple syrup and a nice capucino. Afterwards I need to go ride my bike for 3 hours, just to feel ok again 🙂

Ollie looking back wondering when Alan will stop talking with subtle licking of his lips at 9:22. "When can I eat this!"

This is brilliant. Love the fact you give some time to real food and quality product to bring on rides! The prep is great, I'm going to try these. The chef is really sensible and smart. I really love his common sense approach. Thanks for the vid!

All natural ingredients…aside from the powdered protein? It would be super if we could just concentrate on the good food around us (NOT himalayan salt).

Great Bars, I’ve have to give them a go.Cheat food – Dessert, ½ liter vanilla yogurt, ½ liter 35% whipped cream, 2 crushed chocolate score bars or any candy bar will do. Fold together in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon out into 4 serving cups topped with caramelized sugar. YUM!

Got a feeling you could buy a fair few bars for the price of that blender thing!

Well, basically my life consists of 'cheat foods'. Chicken tikka pasties are knocking on the door but I think the winner is the mighty chocolate digestives with a mug of tea. A minimum of 1 pack required with any brew. Do I feel guilty? NOOO.

So is Clif cool with this little enterprise, Ollie? Two episodes after they make your tropical mango oatmeal wango tango bar, you start a brew-your-own operation with a celebrity chef. I expect next week you'll be selling holiday bars outside the train station, foil-wrapped with lots of energy for shopping and seasonal festivities. And surely I grin, this was another fun episode and kudos to you and the Performance Chef. And my ultimate sinfully delicious snack is something I used to buy at a stand near the Kaufhof in downtown Frankfurt—a big crepe with a Nutella-like spread. And next to that would be those crazy onion appetizers at restaurants like Texas Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse. And speaking of Clif and the holidays, yesterday I bought one of their seasonal offerings, the Hot Chocolate bar. And I'll enjoy it something this weekend with coffee.

The ingredients don't match-up with the video. In the Murch’s Chocolate Salty Energy Balls where is the salt? In the video it appears there is instant coffee in the mixture.

My protein bar recipe: Steak! Rib-eye, done on a wood BBQ. Served with chilled tomatoes, coriander, a mild blue cheese & dash of good olive oil, salt / pepper; with a good crusty bread & fresh butter! Washed down with your choice. Then ice cream!

Welsh cakes definitely. Made with butter and currants but not spice. They don't get a chance to cool down!

No mention of the whey protein or how much in the last recipe …. And the answer to your question is rocky road, tonnes and tonnes and tonnes of rocky road !

Guilty pleasure…if I actually manage to make any of those stick together, look edible and not end up a mess in my back pocket, then I deserve to eat absolutely anything I bl**dy well want…

My own' guilty pleasure is a one-eyed sandwich. Before all the commenters get offended it doesn't contain actual eyes. It's a thick slice of bread with a hole cut in the middle. Fried in butter. Pop an egg in the middle and flip over after a few mins. Great hot or cold it makes a fab snack pre, mid or post ride. Try it!

My guilty food pleasure are just some simple salty crackers with butter and cheese before bed… carbs, salt and fat. A great way to end a healthy eating and exercise full day.

Ultimate cheat food is very simple after a long ride. Box of Coco Pops, Litre of almond milk, and a bag of salted nuts. Add a couch and a bit of cycling on TV and it's game over man. Game over.

Hi there, firstly it's Jaffa cakes not digestives! My guilty pleasure food is a cheeky chicken salad with a chilli sauce wrapped in a pitta bread (chicken kebab to you and me!). Cheers, Geoff

White chocolate…I put a strip of white chocolate on the side when I’m on the turbo trainer and if I’ve earned it, then I eat the chocolate. Funnily enough, I’ve always done enough to earn it…plus extra…

Shitty pizza and an action flick. I don't know why, but I keep going back for more.

I don't see it at cheat food, but more like a well deserved treat. The name makes a big mental impact. My deserved treats are usually pizza and ice cream.

The knowledge about nutrition that a "real" Chef has, will never cease to amaze me! Great stuff! Only one thing was a little awkward, the "chocolate salty balls"…that reminded me of an episode of South Park?!
