The command console is still in the game.They simply disabled the prompt that brings up the window.You can still set up a hot key that brings up the command window.

I just want more iconic weapons to level up with you automatically. No point in picking them up before lvl 50 considering how much of a waste upgrading is, I picked up 'divided we stand' early on and now it's just an iconic nerf gun.
At 6:24 he was talking about GPU performance only being around 17%. The reason for this is most GPU's barely use a fraction of what they are capable of do to heat. GPU's normally start limiting performance past 75°C. I do a lot of rendering with a liquid cooled GTX 1080 and I can barely get above 20% of what the GPU is capable of. It's also not a good idea to overclock your GPU more than a few degrees as your GPU is already getting close to the boiling point of water as well as the melting point of some of the plastics used in its construction. Bottom line, current gen GPU's are over engineered and most people can get but a fraction of what they are capable of.
We did roasted Mafia 3 because they did use same animation over and over again. But look at this game some times there are not even animations at all.if you falling from high buildings you will just stand straight.

TBH I'm used to the double-tap direction for dodge, because of ESO. What does peeve me is the object-slide-into-dodge which then stands me up and put me into combat. That's really frustrating when stealthing. It also triggers every civilian into running and screaming. Also I really want something to remove items from my inventory like the multiple copies of Johnny's clothes which occur when upgrading which adds to the weight carried (I think they're treated as quest items and unbreakable).
I would like to see CDPR actually deliver on their promises, even if it takes them another two or three years. But at this point I've lost most of my faith in that company. So as with the Fallout franchise, it'll be up to modders to actually make the game the best it can be.

If you change the level or the amount of money, that's not MOD. That's cheat.
Only one I think ill use for now is the console just because there's a few iconic guns I missed that I really want to get like the windowmaker and divided we stand ( I mean this one I couldn't even get because the quest was broken sadly)

What is important is that the message comes out that the modding community is filling in what the business decisions in the video games industry has been doing more and more lately — releasing half baked games, relying on post patching afterwards and to sell you on those features and contents later on as part of a service.

Its probably not possible but I wonder if we can use console to skip mission for Judy and Panam to progress the story.
For a game that touted customizability, not having access to any Clothing accessories feels wrong, especially seeing other characters and NPCs in the world with flashy accessories. Would like to see a mod that gives me the option to truly go wild with more clothing options.

I'm just glad that people where kinda mad at the devs but didn't throw out the game, because now they'll keep working on it and maybe we will see more content later on hopefully we might see an online version or CO-Op would be so cool.

I wish there were more adjustments to difficulty level. Normal as is is too easy. Hard and higher seems to introduce more challenge by making your character more squishy but then makes enemies become insane bullet sponges. I want the enemies to be at normal setting. Then be able to set them to do more damage and be more alert like higher difficulties. No one should be able to take more than 2 point blank shotgun blasts and live and even 2 pushes the believable levels of immersion. I would rather "role play" in a realistic world than a cartoon.
